Our cheerful families can help keep you connected to your loved ones, community and passions. Whether it be your grandchild’s rugby match, a trip to the hairdressers, or band practice - we’re here to make ‘getting there’ just as enjoyable as your destination.

We’re here to help you run your life smoothly. We can support with prescription pickups, set you up with online groceries (or go on an outing together), drop off library books, help clean out that back room or patiently help you thrive in a tech-reliant world.

How we work
RockPool Collective offers monthly subscriptions and occasional support, we have flexible options to suit your needs.
Pop-In Subscription
Our unique neighbourhood Pop-In subscription is perfect for those who need occasional help with small tasks.
From replacing light bulbs and changing linen to tech support, fixing the TV, or taking out the rubbish – we’ve got you covered!
Practical Support Plan
Scheduled weekly visits designed to help maintain independence at home.
Members are matched with a local RockPool Rep to assist with tasks like cleaning, gardening, pet care, and running errands.
Respite support is also available.
Rock Pools are small, self-sustaining ecosystems that support diverse life.
Just like these pools, our vision is to foster vibrant intergenerational communities in local neighbourhoods—independent, yet connected across the country.
